A 20-asset sale across five countries is really twenty sales.
I've worked on these sales. The data room is usually excellent. The trouble is everything around it.
Each asset's status sits in a spreadsheet one person keeps up to date, and every buyer's lawyer and local agent asks for their own version.
The issue that costs you a month, a lease break in Germany or a consent in Spain, tends to surface at exchange.
Every cross-border sale deserves one record everyone trusts.
European sales are getting bigger, and harder to run.

What a five-country sale looks like in practice.
Live
The asset list is imported from the seller's own spreadsheet in minutes, with stages, values and key dates.
Caught early
A tenant break window in Germany is flagged against DE-01 the day the lease arrives.
One version
The buyer's counsel checks the live view instead of asking for this week's update.
Committee
The investment committee gets a current status report in a single click.
No surprises
Every open point was visible and closed weeks before.

We work alongside your data room.
Keep the data room you trust for documents, the CRM you use for relationships and the AI tools your lawyers draft with. ParcelMark fills the gap between them: the live record of the sale itself.
Data rooms
Store and control documents. No idea of an asset, a stage or a jurisdiction.
Deal pipelines
Track a list of deals, mostly in one market. Built for any deal, tuned for none.
ParcelMark
Runs the sale itself, asset by asset and country by country. The live state of the sale that today lives in a spreadsheet.

Reporting
Everyone on the sale, looking at the same thing.
Funds and investors
Selling multi-asset, multi-country portfolios, and needing one defensible picture before every committee meeting.
Deal teams and their lawyers
Asset managers and local counsel in each country, running the sale day to day: flagging a risk, chasing a document, checking a deadline, without five inboxes.
Buyers and their advisers
On the receiving end of a share link, seeing the current state of the assets that concern them, with nothing to install.
Your data stays in the EU, encrypted, and yours.
Built for the standard a fund already expects from its data room, and written into a contract.

What teams usually ask us.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. The application and its database run in Frankfurt, and documents are stored in a private, encrypted vault in Stockholm.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your data is kept separate from every other customer's and is never used to train AI models.
Who can see a share link?
Only the people you send it to. Each link is read-only, limited to the assets or countries you choose, expires on a date you set and can be revoked at any time. It never includes internal notes or documents.
Do you use any providers outside the EU?
Email, including documents emailed into a portfolio, passes through a US provider certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and is held there only briefly. Documents are then filed in our EU vault. Every provider is listed in our Data Processing Agreement.
What do you commit to in writing?
A Data Processing Agreement, including notice within 48 hours of us becoming aware of a breach.
Can we see a security pack?
Yes. We share a security summary, the Data Processing Agreement and answers to standard vendor questionnaires on request.
Why I built ParcelMark.
A dealmaker fixing the part of European property sales that still runs on a spreadsheet.

Built by someone who has sat on your side of the table.
I've spent my career on the deal side, originating discreet, off-market real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. Every cross-border sale ran on a data room and a spreadsheet. Europe deserves better, so I built ParcelMark.
One live, trusted view of every cross-border sale, alongside the tools teams already use.
Why cross-border portfolio sales slip, and what sellers can do about itThomas Green for EG, October 2026
You'll deal with me, not a support queue.
Live on day one
Import your existing asset spreadsheet in minutes, or send it to us. We check it with your team so it reads the way you work.
A direct line to the founder
Questions go to the person who built it, and who understands what's at stake in a live sale.
Your feedback gets built
Early customers shape the roadmap directly. Small improvements often go live the same week.
Discretion as standard
A mutual NDA before anything is shared. Nothing about your sale is ever made public.
Our roadmap is shared in a walkthrough.
Founding partners see what's coming first, and help decide what we build next.
Try it on one live sale, alongside how you work today.
Three months, one portfolio, run next to your current process. Then you decide.
One live portfolio for three months, then month to month. Annual and programme pricing for teams running several sales.
A small number of firms first, from £800 a month, with my direct involvement and a real say in what we build next. Pilot fees are credited if you move to a plan.
Before you start.
Does it replace our data room?
No. Keep the data room you trust for documents. ParcelMark tracks the live state of the sale around it.
What do we need to get started?
The asset spreadsheet you already have. Import it from Excel in minutes, or send it to us, and the sale is live the same day. We check it with your team in the first week.
Do buyers and advisers need accounts?
No. They get a read-only link to the assets that concern them, with nothing to install.
What happens after three months?
You carry on month to month, or move to an annual plan if you're running several sales. Pilot fees are credited if you move to a plan within 30 days.
Is it confidential?
Yes. A mutual NDA comes before anything is shared, and nothing about your sale is ever made public.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough.
Bring a sale you're running or planning. I'll show you how it would look in ParcelMark.
