By using the Website you accept these terms. Use of the ParcelMark platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement with each customer.
2. Information only
The Website gives general information about ParcelMark and the problems it is designed to solve. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Product images and examples on the Website use illustrative data, not real portfolios or transactions. Market figures are taken from the third-party sources named alongside them.
We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics and images, are owned by or licensed to ParcelMark Ltd. ParcelMark™ and the ParcelMark mark are trade marks used by ParcelMark Ltd. You may view, download and print pages for your own business reference, but you may not copy, adapt or republish the Website's content, or use our name or mark, without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, introducing malicious code, or scraping or copying content in bulk. If you find a security issue, please email enquiries@parcelmark.co.uk with “Security” in the subject.
